Nineteen drinks, and nothing we can't explain.

The signature list is rewritten every March and September. Classics are made properly or not at all, and the zero-proof drinks get the same syrups, the same acids and the same ice as everything else.

Prices are in US dollars and include nothing hidden. A 20% gratuity is added to parties of six or more; Rhode Island sales tax is added at the till.

Worth knowing

Four things the list doesn't say.

Say any of these to whoever is standing in front of you — they are the person making your drink, so there is nothing to relay.

EggSix drinks use raw egg white or whole egg. We will substitute or rebuild any of them.
NutsOrgeat and the almond dish are prepared in the same cellar. Tell us and we will route around it.
LowAny signature can be built at roughly half the alcohol without changing the price.
Off-listAsk for anything classic. If we have the bottles we will make it properly, or say why we can't.

Reservations

Twelve seats. One bar. Every night.

Tables open at 10am, fourteen days ahead. The rail is always open, and it is always the best seat in the room.
