Take the whole room, or half of it.

Three ways to hire: the eight-seat cellar snug, a partial hire of the lounge side, or a full buyout of all thirty-four seats with the bar staffed by Ines and two of her team.

Every hire is confirmed in writing with a stated minimum spend, a named bartender and a drinks list agreed a week ahead. Nothing about the room changes — the lights stay at twelve lux and the ice is still cut that morning.

Capacities

Three shapes. Nothing improvised.

We do not add furniture, move the bar or run a room past its seated capacity. What is listed below is what fits, comfortably, with service able to reach every guest.

Minimum spend figures are the floor for a Wednesday. Friday and Saturday buyouts are quoted individually and start at $12,000.

Choose one package for the whole party. Prices are per guest, exclude tax and a 20% service charge, and are what appears on the final invoice — there is no room fee, staffing surcharge or corkage.

03 — Full Buyout

Four hours · minimum 24 guests

The entire room, the door and the rail, exclusively
Unlimited from an agreed list of eight drinks
Full small-bites menu, replenished for four hours
Three bartenders and a dedicated door host
A thirty-minute demonstration at the bar if you want one

All packages exclude Rhode Island sales tax and a 20% service charge. The stated minimum spend for the space still applies and any shortfall is invoiced as a room charge.

The spaces

What you are actually hiring.

Photographed on ordinary service nights with the room lit exactly as it will be for you. We do not stage the space for events and we do not bring in different furniture.

Ines handles every private hire herself. You will get a written quote with the minimum spend, the named bartender and a draft drinks list within two working days — not a brochure.

We ask for fourteen days' notice on a full buyout and seven on the snug. A date is held for seventy-two hours from the quote, without deposit, while you decide.
