Up to 48 hours before
Move or cancel your reservation at no charge — reply to your confirmation email or call us. No explanation needed.
Inside 48 hours
We charge $75 per guest. The kitchen has already bought your duck and split your wood; the seats can rarely be refilled that late.
Running late
Call us. We hold your seats fifteen minutes into a seating — after that the courses have moved on without you, and so has the fire.
Why we charge at all: twenty-two seats is the whole restaurant. One empty four-top is eighteen percent of an evening — so we hold your table like it matters, and ask you to do the same.
