Week 1 · 45 minutes
Consultation
We read last year’s return and your current books, then tell you what’s wrong and what it costs. Free, and you keep the notes.
Step 01 · 45 minutes · no invoice
Tell us a little about your company and pick a window that works. You’ll leave the call with what’s wrong in your current setup, what it costs to fix, and your fixed monthly fee in writing — whether or not you hire us.

The sequence is fixed, so you always know exactly what week you’re in and what happens next.

Week 1 · 45 minutes
We read last year’s return and your current books, then tell you what’s wrong and what it costs. Free, and you keep the notes.
02
Week 1 · same day
One page: the services you chose, your monthly number, what’s excluded. Locked for 12 months. If we quoted wrong, that’s our problem.
03
Weeks 2–3
We migrate the ledger, fix the prior-period mess and register any states you owe. Cleanup is quoted once, separately, before we start.
04
Week 4 onward
Books closed by day 10. Variance memo day 11. Your advisory call in the calendar, same slot every month.
02
If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call. It’s free and we won’t bill you for the answer.
Yes. Forty-five minutes, no invoice, no obligation. You leave with a written fixed-fee quote and a read on your books whether or not you sign. We do this because roughly a third of the people who book end up as clients — the math works without charging for the call.
Last year’s filed tax return and read-only access to your current books (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or even a spreadsheet). That’s enough for us to quote a real, fixed number. If you don’t have clean books yet, come anyway — that’s exactly the conversation to have.
For 12 months. The only things that move it are scope changes you approve in writing — a new entity, a new state, a jump in payroll headcount. Questions, calls, notices and “can you look at this” are already in the number.
Most are. We quote cleanup as a separate one-time fee after the consultation, typically $900–$4,500 depending on how many months are open. You see that number before you commit, too.
Every month. Roughly 40% of our onboardings happen between June and October, because that’s when people realise April is going to hurt again.
A named CPA and a named controller, both in the US, both on your kickoff call. Nothing is offshored. You’ll have their direct email, not a shared inbox.
