Book a chair
Pick a barber.

Show up.
Online booking opens the chair schedule 21 days out; same-day slots drop at 7am. Fill this out and we'll hold the chair — or just walk in. Two chairs a day are kept back for whoever comes through the door.
Thanks — we've got your request. In a live shop we'd text you back within the hour to lock the exact time. Walk in anytime in the meantime; there's coffee and a chair by the window.

Chairs 2 and 6 are never bookable — first come, first cut. Average wait on a Saturday is about 35 minutes, and there's coffee and a decent chair by the window while you wait.
Questions
Before you sit down
The stuff people ask at the front desk. Anything else, call the shop — someone's usually near the phone.
Do I have to book, or can I walk in?
Both. Chairs 2 and 6 are held for walk-ins every day — first come, first cut. The other four chairs book online 21 days out, with same-day slots dropping at 7am. Weekends fill fast; a booking saves you the wait.
Can I ask for a specific barber?
Yes — pick a name in the form and we'll hold that chair. Ray books out about three weeks; Dez and Marco usually a week or less. Choose "no preference" and you'll get whoever's free soonest — they can all cut.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 2 hours before your slot. After that we charge half the service — the chair sat empty and so did the barber. Life happens; just give us the heads-up when you can.
How do I pay, and do you take tips?
Cash, card, or tap at the front counter. Tips go straight to the barber who cut you — card tips included, paid out the same day.
Do you cut kids' hair?
We do — the "first chair" service is for under-12s, booster board and a lollipop included. Dez is the fastest with a nervous first-timer, so book his chair if it's a big deal.
Is the shop accessible?
Step-free entry and a wide chair aisle. Ask for chair 2 if you need extra room — it's the most open station on the floor. Free parking behind the shop, enter from E 116th.

Someone's near the phone during opening hours. Call the shop and we'll find you a chair.
