Winter dates fill first. Send the location, the window you have in mind, and what the pictures are for — the studio replies within one week.
A 50% deposit holds a date. Dates released without a deposit are offered on to the next enquiry.
A signed one-page agreement and a 50% deposit hold your window. The balance falls due on delivery of the final files. Deposits transfer once to a new date if weather or access makes the original impossible.
Flights, ground transport, permits and accommodation are quoted at cost with the estimate and never marked up. Assignments inside Tokyo or greater Reykjavík carry no travel line at all.
Cancel more than 30 days out and the deposit is fully refunded. Inside 30 days it is retained against the reserved crew and travel. The studio has never cancelled a confirmed date.
