Every percentageprinted on the label.

Most botanical skincare hides behind the word “natural.” We publish the exact concentration of every active in every bottle — then let a third-party lab check our work.

Four products, one order of operations. Nothing here overlaps — if two things did the same job, we'd have cut one.

How to use it

Four minutes, twice a day.

This is a sequence, so the order matters — thinnest to thickest, water before oil. Skip a step and the one after it works less well.

01 · PM

Cleanse with lukewarm water

Work the bar to a lather in your hands, 40 seconds on the face, then rinse. Hot water strips the lipids you're about to pay to replace.

02 · AM+PM

Three drops of serum on damp skin

Damp, not wet. Press it in rather than rubbing. Give it 60 seconds before the next layer.

03 · AM+PM

Seal with Quiet Barrier Cream

An almond-sized amount. This is the layer that stops everything underneath from evaporating.

04 · Weekly

Clay mask, once — not thrice

Ten minutes, no longer. If it cracks, you left it on too long and you're now removing your own barrier.

What people actually say

Unedited, from customers who bought at full price. We don't gift products to reviewers.

“I have rosacea and I read ingredient lists like a lawyer. This is the first brand where the label matched the assay when I checked it myself.”
Priya N.Verified · Dew Serum
“Six weeks on the barrier cream and my skin stopped stinging when I put anything on it. That's all I wanted. It's boring and it works.”
Marcus D.Verified · Barrier Cream
“The refill program paid for itself by the third order. I'd have bought it anyway, but I like that they don't pretend the glass is free.”

Questions we get weekly

Why publish concentrations when nobody else does?

Because “contains niacinamide” tells you nothing — a formula at 0.1% and one at 4% can make the same claim. Publishing the number is the only way to let you compare us honestly against anything else on your shelf, including cheaper things.

Is any of this actually botanical, or is it marketing?

Roughly a third of each formula by weight is plant-derived; the rest is water, humectants and preservatives that have no botanical equivalent worth using. We'd rather say that plainly than call a preservative “nature-identical.”

Will the serum sting if my skin is reactive?

It shouldn't. There is no fragrance, no essential oil, and no denatured alcohol. If it does sting, stop, email us the batch number, and we'll refund you and look at the assay for that lot.

How does the refill program work?

Keep the glass bottle. We ship refills in an aluminium pouch, you decant, and we take 25% off. Prepaid return labels are in every box if you'd rather send the glass back to be re-sterilised.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Sixty days, opened or not, full refund, no return shipment required. Skincare either works on your face or it doesn't, and you can't find that out from a sealed box.
