We measure the dose before we sell you one.

Four doctors, one room at a time. We treat faces conservatively — small volumes, staged sessions, and a written plan you keep — because the point is that nobody can tell where you have been.

Every consultation is with the practitioner who will treat you, not a salesperson. If we think a treatment is wrong for you, we say so and you pay nothing.

02 Regulated practice

Physician-led and fully regulated. Our medical director is Dr Mei-Lin Reyes, and every injectable treatment is prescribed and administered by a doctor or an independent nurse prescriber on our clinical register. The clinic is registered and inspected by the national care regulator.

Perfect for: injectable & laser clinics

03 What we treat

Three core services

Service 01

Wrinkle-relaxing injections

Small, staged doses across the forehead, frown and eye area. We under-treat first, review at two weeks, and top up only if you want more movement softened.

  • 15-minute appointment, no anaesthetic
  • Effect from day 3, settled by day 14
  • Lasts 3–4 months at our doses
  • Return to work the same afternoon
From £280 one area

Service 02

Fractional laser resurfacing

For texture, sun damage and acne scarring. A fractionated beam treats columns of skin and leaves the surrounding tissue intact, so healing is measured in days rather than weeks.

  • 45 minutes with topical numbing
  • Three sessions, six weeks apart
  • Downtime: 4–6 days of visible flaking
  • Not suitable on recently tanned skin
From £450 per session

Service 03

Medical-grade peels

Prescription-strength acid peels for pigmentation, congestion and dullness. Formulated per skin type at consultation and stepped up gradually across a course.

  • 30 minutes, no numbing required
  • Course of four, three weeks apart
  • Downtime: 2–3 days of light peeling
  • Safe on all Fitzpatrick skin types
From £190 per peel

06 How a consultation runs

About 45 minutes
  1. Assessment

We photograph you under a standardised rig, go through your history and medications, and talk about what actually bothers you — which is often not what you booked for.

  2. A written plan

You leave with a printed plan: what we would do, in what order, over how long, and what each stage costs. No pressure to book on the day, and the plan stays valid for six months.

  3. Treatment

Performed by the practitioner who assessed you. We under-treat deliberately on a first visit so there is room to add, because you cannot take it back out.

  4. Two-week review

Included in the price of every injectable treatment. We re-photograph, compare, and adjust if it needs adjusting. Most people need nothing.

09 What patients say

Verified after treatment

Wrinkle-relaxing injections

“I asked for more and she talked me down to less. Six months on that is the single reason I trust her — nobody at work has worked out what I had done.”

Priya, 41

Patient since 2022

Fractional laser resurfacing

“They told me exactly how bad the fourth day would look, and it looked exactly like that. Being warned properly made it easy.”

Daniel, 33

Three sessions, 2025

Medical-grade peels

“My pigmentation came back after a summer abroad and they redid the plan without charging me a second consultation fee.”

Yasmin, 37

11 Before you book

Eight honest answers
Will it be obvious that I have had something done?
Not if we do it properly. We dose conservatively and stage treatment across visits precisely so the change reads as you being well rested. If you want a dramatic result we are probably the wrong clinic, and we will tell you that at consultation rather than after you have paid.
How much downtime should I actually plan for?
Injectables: none, though a small bruise is possible for a few days. Peels: two to three days of light flaking. Fractional laser: four to six days where the skin looks visibly sandpapery and pink. We schedule laser on a Thursday if you need to be back at a desk on Monday.
Who is not suitable for treatment?
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active skin infection or inflammatory flare, or where you have a neuromuscular condition affecting injectable safety. Recent sun exposure or a tan rules out laser until the skin has settled. Under-18s are not treated at all.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every patient gets a direct number for the on-call practitioner, staffed until 21:00 seven days a week. We carry the reversal agent for hyaluronic-acid filler on site and can see you the same day. Complications are rare, but the plan for them exists before you are treated, not after.
Do I have to commit on the day?
No, and we would rather you did not. You leave the consultation with a written plan and prices; it stays valid for six months. The £75 consultation fee comes off your first treatment whenever you decide to go ahead.
Is the consultation with the person who treats me?
Always. You are assessed, planned and treated by the same practitioner, and you see the same person at your two-week review. We do not employ non-clinical sales consultants.
How should I look after my skin afterwards?
Injectables: stay upright four hours, no gym that day. Peels and laser: a bland emollient, no acids or retinoids for a week, and a high-factor sunscreen every morning without exception. You get printed aftercare and a text-message check-in at 48 hours.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, on plans above £500 — six, ten or twelve months at 0% APR representative, subject to status. We will show you the monthly figure at consultation before you agree to anything.
