Four clinicians, no sales consultants. Whoever assesses you writes your plan, performs the treatment and sees you again at the two-week review — the same face, all the way through.
Each profile below states what that person actually treats and, more usefully, what they refer elsewhere. Nobody here is a generalist pretending otherwise.
02 Regulated practice
Physician-led and fully regulated. Our medical director is Dr Mei-Lin Reyes, and every injectable treatment is prescribed and administered by a doctor or an independent nurse prescriber on our clinical register. The clinic is registered and inspected by the national care regulator.

Practitioner 01
Medical director · injectables, assessment, complications
Eleven years in NHS general practice before opening the clinic in 2015, which is where the habit of taking a full medical history before touching anyone comes from. She sets the dosing protocols the rest of the team works to.
Treats the upper face and skin-boosting injections, and holds the final decision on anyone the team is unsure about. She is the practitioner most likely to tell you that the answer is a prescription and six months rather than a needle.
“The under-treated face can always be topped up. The over-treated one just has to wait.”
Practitioner 02
Aesthetic physician · laser, scarring, deeper skin tones
Runs the laser service and wrote the clinic's Fitzpatrick IV–VI protocols, which exist because most laser settings published by manufacturers were validated on paler skin than half our patients have.
Takes the acne-scarring cases and the texture work. She will tell you at consultation how many sessions the scarring genuinely needs, and that the honest number is usually higher than the one you hoped for.
“Scarring softens. It does not vanish. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you the third session.”
Practitioner 03
Independent nurse prescriber · injectables, skincare, aftercare
Sixteen years in dermatology, nine of them in aesthetics. As an independent prescriber she can assess, prescribe and treat within one appointment, which is why most first injectable visits are booked with her.
Runs the prescription skincare reviews and the 48-hour aftercare check-ins. If you have been using six products and are not sure which one is causing the irritation, this is the twenty minutes that sorts it.
“Half the people who book an injectable actually need a retinoid and a sunscreen they will use.”
Practitioner 04
Aesthetic physician · peels, pigmentation, complications rota
Runs the peel clinic and coordinates the complications-on-call rota, which is staffed until 21:00 seven days a week for anyone we have treated. The reversal agent for hyaluronic-acid filler is held on site.
Takes the pigmentation work and the courses that run across three months. He is the person who will tell you that starting a peel course in May, six weeks before a sun holiday, is a waste of your money.
“A complication plan you write afterwards is not a plan. It is an apology.”
Template demonstration. These practitioners are fictional and the portraits are stock photography; replace both with your own team before launch, along with your genuine regulator names and registration numbers.
We photograph you under a standardised rig, go through your history and medications, and talk about what actually bothers you — which is often not what you booked for.
You leave with a printed plan: what we would do, in what order, over how long, and what each stage costs. No pressure to book on the day, and the plan stays valid for six months.
Performed by the practitioner who assessed you. We under-treat deliberately on a first visit so there is room to add, because you cannot take it back out.
Included in the price of every injectable treatment. We re-photograph, compare, and adjust if it needs adjusting. Most people need nothing.
Standard 01
Continuity is not a courtesy here; it is what makes conservative dosing possible. Only the person who saw your baseline can judge the change.
Standard 02
No treatment is performed at a first consultation. It costs us bookings and it is the single rule we are least willing to bend.
Standard 03
Every treated patient leaves with a direct number for the on-call practitioner. The rota is staffed until 21:00, seven days a week.
09 Book a consultation
Forty-five minutes with a doctor, a written plan you keep, and £75 that comes off your treatment. Marylebone Lane, Monday to Saturday.
