01 Booking · Marylebone Lane

Forty-five minutes, and no treatment that day.

A first appointment is an assessment, not a sale. You are photographed, examined and talked through the options, and you go home with a written plan whether or not you ever come back.

The fee is £75 and it comes off your first treatment whenever you decide. If we conclude that nothing we offer would help you, we refund it.

02 What a booking commits you to

Nothing but the appointment. There is no deposit on a consultation — the £50 deposit applies only once you book a treatment, and it comes off the balance. Cancel or move a consultation with 24 hours' notice at no cost.

Thank you — nothing is booked yet.

This is a demonstration form, so nothing has been sent anywhere. On a live clinic site your request would reach reception, who would call you within one working day to confirm a time with the practitioner you asked for.

Choose one — “not sure” is a real answer

Optional. We will say if your concern sits elsewhere.

Saturday fills roughly three weeks ahead.

Medication, previous treatments, an event you are working towards, or a date that will not move. Do not send clinical photographs by this form.

Demonstration form — it validates and confirms in the browser and sends nothing anywhere. Wire it to your own booking system before launch.

04 Your first visit, in order

About 45 minutes
  1. Arrival & history

Five minutes with a medical history form at reception — medications, allergies, previous treatments, and anything a prescriber needs to know. Come without make-up if you can; if you cannot, we will remove it.

  2. Standardised photography

Nine frames under fixed lighting and a fixed head position, so that any later comparison is honest. The set is kept on file and repeated at every review. Nothing is used publicly without separate written consent.

  3. Assessment & conversation

Twenty-five minutes with the practitioner: what bothers you, what is actually causing it, what would and would not change it. This is where we say no if the answer is no.

  4. The written plan

Printed before you leave: treatments in sequence, intervals, downtime and the price of each stage. Valid six months. Nothing is booked on the day, and nobody will call you to chase it.

05 Before you come

Three short lists

List 01

Bring

None of it is essential, but each one saves time in the room and makes the plan better.

  • A list of your medications, including supplements
  • Your current skincare, or photographs of the labels
  • Dates of any previous injectable or laser treatment
  • A date you are working towards, if there is one
  • Your questions, written down — people forget them

List 02

Avoid beforehand

These affect either the assessment or the photography, and in two cases the treatment itself.

  • Make-up on the day, if you can manage without
  • Alcohol the night before — it increases bruising
  • Sunbeds or a tan in the fortnight before a laser assessment
  • Booking within two weeks of a wedding or an event
  • Starting a new active skincare product that week

List 03

Expect

Reasonable expectations of the appointment itself, so nothing on the day is a surprise.

  • Forty-five minutes, occasionally fifty if the history is long
  • Photography before any discussion of treatment
  • To be told no, or to be told less, about one time in nine
  • A printed plan and a price, not a verbal estimate
  • To go home and think about it — that is the design

07 Before you book

Eight honest answers
How soon can I be seen?
Weekday consultations usually within seven to ten days. Saturdays run about three weeks ahead. If a cancellation opens up sooner we will offer it to you before we release it publicly, provided you said you could take short notice.
Can I be treated on the same day?
No. No treatment is performed at a first consultation, without exception. It is the rule that costs us the most bookings and the one we are least willing to bend — the point of the visit is that you go home and think about the plan.
What if I need to move the appointment?
Twenty-four hours' notice on a consultation and forty-eight on a booked treatment, and there is no charge. Inside that window the £50 treatment deposit is forfeited; a consultation has no deposit, so moving it late costs you nothing but the slot.
Do I have to commit on the day?
No, and we would rather you did not. You leave with a written plan and prices; it stays valid for six months. The £75 consultation fee comes off your first treatment whenever you decide to go ahead.
Is the consultation with the person who treats me?
Always. You are assessed, planned and treated by the same practitioner, and you see the same person at your two-week review. We do not employ non-clinical sales consultants.
What happens to my photographs?
They stay in your clinical record and are used to compare your own before and after. Nothing is published, shown to another patient or used in marketing without separate written consent that you can withdraw at any time.
Who is not suitable for treatment?
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active skin infection or inflammatory flare, or where you have a neuromuscular condition affecting injectable safety. Recent sun exposure or a tan rules out laser until the skin has settled. Under-18s are not treated at all.
What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
Every patient gets a direct number for the on-call practitioner, staffed until 21:00 seven days a week. We carry the reversal agent for hyaluronic-acid filler on site and can see you the same day. Complications are rare, but the plan for them exists before you are treated, not after.

08 Book a consultation

We measure the dose before we sell you one.

Forty-five minutes with a doctor, a written plan you keep, and £75 that comes off your treatment. Marylebone Lane, Monday to Saturday.
