How soon can I be seen?
Weekday consultations usually within seven to ten days. Saturdays run about three weeks ahead. If a cancellation opens up sooner we will offer it to you before we release it publicly, provided you said you could take short notice.
Can I be treated on the same day?
No. No treatment is performed at a first consultation, without exception. It is the rule that costs us the most bookings and the one we are least willing to bend — the point of the visit is that you go home and think about the plan.
What if I need to move the appointment?
Twenty-four hours' notice on a consultation and forty-eight on a booked treatment, and there is no charge. Inside that window the £50 treatment deposit is forfeited; a consultation has no deposit, so moving it late costs you nothing but the slot.
Do I have to commit on the day?
No, and we would rather you did not. You leave with a written plan and prices; it stays valid for six months. The £75 consultation fee comes off your first treatment whenever you decide to go ahead.
Is the consultation with the person who treats me?
Always. You are assessed, planned and treated by the same practitioner, and you see the same person at your two-week review. We do not employ non-clinical sales consultants.
What happens to my photographs?
They stay in your clinical record and are used to compare your own before and after. Nothing is published, shown to another patient or used in marketing without separate written consent that you can withdraw at any time.
Who is not suitable for treatment?
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active skin infection or inflammatory flare, or where you have a neuromuscular condition affecting injectable safety. Recent sun exposure or a tan rules out laser until the skin has settled. Under-18s are not treated at all.
What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
Every patient gets a direct number for the on-call practitioner, staffed until 21:00 seven days a week. We carry the reversal agent for hyaluronic-acid filler on site and can see you the same day. Complications are rare, but the plan for them exists before you are treated, not after.
