01 Treatments · updated 1 March 2026

Every price, and the days you lose.

Nine treatments, each with the duration we actually book, the downtime you should actually plan for, and the price you actually pay. Nothing here is a starting figure that doubles at the chair.

Where a treatment will not do what you have read it does, that is written into the entry rather than left to the consultation. It is cheaper for both of us if you find out here.

02 How to read this page

Every entry carries the same four specifications: appointment length, downtime, how long the result lasts and when we photograph you again. Prices include the two-week review. We quote in ranges only where the range is real — never to leave ourselves room.

03 Injectables

Prescribed by a doctor or nurse prescriber

Treatment 01

Wrinkle-relaxing injections — one area

From £280 forehead, frown or eyes

Small, staged doses into one muscle group. We under-treat on a first visit, review at two weeks, and add only if you want more movement softened.

  • No anaesthetic; a fine needle and about twenty seconds per point
  • Movement softens from day 3 and settles by day 14 — judge it then, not on day 4
  • A small bruise is possible and usually gone inside four days
  • Not treated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with a neuromuscular condition

Treatment 02

Wrinkle-relaxing injections — three areas

From £480 upper face

The full upper face treated as one unit, because relaxing the frown alone can leave the brow doing more work than it did before.

  • Dosed as a set — the areas are balanced against each other, not priced as three add-ons
  • Same day-14 settling window as a single area
  • Stay upright for four hours afterwards; no gym that day
  • If we think two areas is enough, we charge you for two

Treatment 03

Skin-boosting injections — full face

From £340 per session

Micro-droplets of hyaluronic acid placed across the cheeks, perioral area and neck for hydration and fine surface texture. It does not add volume and it does not lift.

  • Small raised bumps at each injection point for 12–24 hours — plan around evening plans
  • Best as two sessions four weeks apart, then twice a year
  • Visible change is at weeks 4–8, not the following morning
  • If you want contour rather than quality, this is the wrong treatment and we will say so

04 The days you actually lose

Worst realistic case, not best
0 Days · injectables

Back at a desk within the hour. A bruise is possible; concealer covers it.

2–3 Days · medical peel

Light flaking around the nose and mouth. Visible up close, not across a room.

4–6 Days · fractional laser

Pink, sandpapery skin that make-up will not fully hide. Book it for a Thursday.

14 Days · before you judge

Every injectable result is assessed at two weeks. Nothing is final before that.

These are the figures we quote at consultation. Individual healing varies; the range is what we have measured across our own patients, not a manufacturer's leaflet.

05 Resurfacing & skin

Courses, not single miracles

Treatment 04

Medical-grade peel — single

From £190 per peel

Prescription-strength acid formulated to your skin type at consultation, then stepped up gradually. One peel is a test of tolerance, not a treatment plan.

  • No numbing needed; stinging for the last two minutes on the strength we start at
  • Safe on all Fitzpatrick skin types — the formula changes, not the outcome
  • No acids or retinoids for a week afterwards, sunscreen every morning
  • A single peel will not clear established pigmentation. A course might.

Treatment 05

Medical-grade peel — course of four

Course £680 saves £80

Four peels three weeks apart, each one stronger than the last if your skin took the previous one well. This is the version that actually shifts pigmentation.

  • Twelve weeks start to finish — the course cannot be compressed safely
  • Two to three days of light peeling after each session, four times
  • Paid in full or across the course; unused sessions are refunded
  • Starting in late spring means managing sun exposure for three months

Treatment 06

Fractional laser resurfacing — single

From £450 per session

A fractionated beam treats columns of skin and leaves the tissue between them intact, which is why healing runs in days rather than the weeks a fully ablative resurfacing would cost you.

  • Topical numbing for 30 minutes before the 45-minute appointment
  • Four to six days of visible flaking and pink skin — this is not concealable
  • Ruled out on recently tanned skin until the tan has fully settled
  • One session improves texture. Scarring needs the course.

Treatment 07

Fractional laser resurfacing — course of three

Course £1,215 saves £135

Three sessions six weeks apart. This is what acne scarring needs, and the honest version is that it is four to six days of downtime three separate times across four months.

  • Improvement is progressive; the difference is clearest at month six, not week two
  • Scarring softens — it does not disappear, and anyone promising that is selling
  • Sessions are spaced six weeks apart and cannot be brought forward
  • Finance available across 6, 10 or 12 months on this plan

06 Assessment & skincare

Where every plan starts

Treatment 08

Consultation

Fee £75 redeemable

Forty-five minutes with the practitioner who would treat you. Standardised photography, full history, and a printed plan you take away whether or not you book.

  • The £75 comes off your first treatment, whenever you decide — no expiry pressure
  • The written plan stays valid for six months at the quoted prices
  • If we think nothing we do would help you, we say so and refund the fee
  • No treatment is performed on the day of a first consultation

Treatment 09

Prescription skincare review

Fee £60 per review

Twenty minutes on what you are already using, what to stop, and what a prescription-strength retinoid would add. Frequently the cheapest useful thing we do.

  • We do not sell a house skincare line, so there is nothing to push
  • Prescriptions are dispensed at your own pharmacy at your own cost
  • Bring your current products or photographs of the labels
  • For many people this is the whole plan, and no injectable is needed

07 When we say no

Roughly one consultation in nine

Reason 01

Clinically unsuitable

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding — no injectable or peel
  • Active infection, cold sore or inflammatory flare in the area
  • A neuromuscular condition affecting injectable safety
  • Recent sun exposure or a tan — laser waits until it settles
  • Under 18, for any treatment, with no exceptions

Reason 02

Wrong treatment for the goal

  • Wanting contour from a treatment that only affects skin quality
  • Expecting laser to remove scarring rather than soften it
  • Chasing a result from a photograph of a different face
  • Skin that would be better served by a prescription and six months
  • A concern that is dermatological and belongs with your GP

Reason 03

Wrong time

  • A wedding or event inside the settling window we would need
  • A course started in the weeks before a sun holiday
  • Treatment sought during an acute period of stress or grief
  • Anyone who wants to be treated on the day they first walk in
  • A budget that would only stretch to half a course

If we decline, the consultation fee is refunded in full. We would rather lose the booking than treat someone we should not have.

10 About the prices

Six honest answers
Is the price on this page the price I pay?
Yes, for everything listed. The one variable is the number of areas or sessions your plan calls for, and that is agreed in writing at consultation before anything is booked. There is no product surcharge, no "premium practitioner" tier, and no charge for the two-week review.
Why is a course cheaper than the sessions added up?
Because a course is one plan with one set of photography, one review schedule and predictable diary time. The saving is real — £80 on the peel course, £135 on laser — and unused sessions are refunded pro rata if you stop partway.
Do you offer packages combining several treatments?
No. Bundling treatments encourages people to buy things they did not need to reach a discount threshold, which is exactly the behaviour this price list is designed to avoid. If two treatments genuinely belong together in your plan, they are each priced as listed.
What is the downtime figure actually measuring?
The number of days on which someone at conversational distance would notice something. It is the worst realistic case across our own patients, not the best. Injectable bruising is not counted as downtime because concealer covers it — we mention it separately.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, on plans above £500 — six, ten or twelve months at 0% APR representative, subject to status. We show you the monthly figure at consultation before you agree to anything, and there is no penalty for settling early.
How often do prices change?
Once a year, in March, and any written plan issued before a change is honoured at the old price for its full six-month validity. This page carries the date it was last updated at the top of the table.
